Fresh produce, grown organically on our site - in the open and in the polytunnels - by staff and volunteers throughout the year. Rhubarb Farm grows vegetables for sale to individuals, local retailers, pubs and restaurants. The main focus of our growing is to supply weekly veg bags to customers who pay by Standing Order and collect their own bags, and surplus veg is then sold locally.
Rhubarb Farm’s main commercial customers are the Welbeck Farm Shop and the School of Artisan Food. We supply fresh produce and bunches of cottage garden flowers on a weekly basis to the Welbeck Farm Shop, and supply fresh produce and edible flowers to the School of Artisan Food for their courses and events. We also supply on an occasional basis the Hostess Restaurant, Warsop, The Elm Tree pub at Elmton, and the White Lion pub in Bolsover.
All our vegetables are available seasonally, and this is the large range of vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit that we grow, and which are available depending on the season:-
