Our Programmes

Wellbeing Support

Welcome to our Wellbeing Support programme – a welcoming and supportive 12-week introduction to life at Rhubarb Farm. It is designed for people who are experiencing low mood, poor mental health, loneliness, or a lack of routine, and who would benefit from a calm, friendly space to connect with others and rebuild confidence.

We offer light-touch support in a peaceful outdoor environment, where people are encouraged to take part in simple, meaningful activities at their own pace.

Who It’s For

Is This Programme Right for You?

Our Wellbeing Support programme is ideal for people who:

  • Feel isolated, anxious, or low in mood.
  • Would welcome gentle encouragement and social connection.
  • Live with long-term physical or mental health conditions.
  • Need structure and purpose, but not intensive support.

This programme is not designed for people who require high levels of supervision. Where higher levels of support are needed, we may recommend our Adult Day Service instead.

Getting here

Transport and Access

We want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for people to get to the Farm.

Minibus transport is currently available from pick up points in Chesterfield, Bolsover, Clowne, Whitwell, Creswell, and Shirebrook. Transport is optional and can be arranged for an appropriate fee. We take accessibility needs into account when planning routes.

Transport routes and pick up locations may be adjusted to reflect demand, accessibility needs, and availability.

Langwith is also served by trains from Worksop and Nottingham (every two hours) and three public bus routes: Bus 1 (Chesterfield), Bus 23 (Mansfield), and Bus 109 (Worksop).

If you’re unsure about transport options, feel free to get in touch.
